Golf Canada is saddened to learn of the passing of celebrated senior amateur golfer Ed Ervasti at 101-years-old.
Ervasti is native of Minneapolis who has long called London, Ont., home.
Among his many accolades, Ervasti won Golf Canada’s 1976 Canadian Men’s Senior Championship and the Golf Association of Ontario’s senior title three times – 1971, 1985 and 1987. He also qualified for five United States Golf Assocaition Championships and competed in three U.S. Opens.
